Some movies are a part of my DNA. Watching certain Disney live-action films from my childhood feels like watching home movies. I just watched the original version of Freaky Friday with Jodie Foster and Barbara Harris. God, I love this movie. Watching it is like being visited by distant relatives who haven't changed clothes in 20 years. I didn't see the remake with Lohan or Duff or whoever and I probably never will. Freaky Friday is a perfect little gem of a comedy that still holds up after all these years. It's light and silly with a dark undercurrent I can't quite explain. I really love this film. Thank you, Netflix.
