Cablemas

So I got to Cablemas here in Mexico to try to see if they can fix my internet speed and I say, very slowly, "Yo nesicito mi internet mas rapido, por favor...es mucho despacio then much rapido, then much dispacio, mi trabajo mucho por internet so...es mucho importante." And she says, "Sir, I speak English. You can speak English to me."
